THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING ICUJP! ICUJP's Fundraiser was an inspiration, and in the words of one attending Clergy member, "That was CHURCH!"
Please keep visiting this site in the next few weeks, as ICUJP annonces an important Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. inspired call to action coming next April.
We urge all to take this oportunity to prepare for this coming action by reading the prophetic words of Dr. King in his 1967 Riverside Chuch speech, 'Beyond Vietnam: A Time to Break Silence'

Voices of a People's History of the United States is the companion volume to historian Howard Zinn’s legendary book A People’s History of the United States. For Voices, Zinn and editor Anthony Arnove selected testimonies—speeches, letters, poems, songs, petitions, and manifestos—of people throughout U.S. history who struggled against slavery, racism, war, oppression and exploitation, and who articulated a vision for a better world.
On February 1, 2007, at All Saints Church Pasadena, a talented group of actors and activists will help bring the book’s dramatic voices to life as a fundraiser for ICUJP: Interfaith Communities United for Justice and Peace.
This event will also be the official launch of the ongoing Los Angeles Voices Project, which will seek to bring the lessons of the book to a wide range of audiences of all ages, through free public readings at schools, museums, and libraries.
