Justice Luncheons

ICUJP periodically hosts educational forums called Justice Events.

Recent topics have included Syria, Guantanamo, drone warfare and domestic spying.

Speakers are well-known local, national or international activists, and they are often joined by invited respondents to provide additional perspectives on the issues discussed.

Justice Events are typically held from 11:30 am to 2 pm on a weekday at a local church, synagogue, mosque or other community space.

There is a modest charge for attendance, typically $20, which includes a generous buffet lunch. Ample time is allowed for questions from the audience. Justice Events have become very popular and everyone is encouraged to attend.
