Drop into a non-profit Ten Thousand Villages shop in Pasadena or in Redondo Beach, between November 28 and December 12, immerse yourself in the amazing handiwork of women and men of the world, and buy at least one gift for someone you were shopping for. 

If you say “ICUJP” to the volunteer when you check out, 15% of your purchase will go to ICUJP!

When you buy gifts for Christmas, Hanukkah, Ramadan, birthdays, or any other occasion, where does your money go? Does it enrich millionaires or does it go to a co-op in some village or town on some continent where members are not only lifting their communities out of poverty, but doing away with the master/serf relations of capitalism by controlling their own lives?
